VLK 15-160 l water heater
Overview
Wall-mounted Jäspi VLK water heaters are suitable for small domestic hot water needs, for example for a summer cottage or as a superheater next to an air-to-water heat pump.
- Can be installed both vertically and horizontally, on the wall or inside the cabinet
- Connected to the mains with a plug
- Capacities 15 – 160 liters
- 15 and 30 liters for low hot water demand: warm water is enough for hand washing and counter washing.
- The 60-100 liter water heater also has enough water for the shower. Also suitable for replenishing the water volume of a heating system.
- 160 liters is enough for even greater hot water needs. See also modular Jäspi VLM accumulators, 100-500 liters and, for example, Jäspi VLS accumulators 100-300 liters suitable under sauna benches.

Guides
For summer cottages, emptying before winter:
The tank is emptied through the overflow pipe of the safety valve.
1. Switch off the power supply to the water heater
2. Screw on the shut-off valve
3. Turn the control knob on the mixing valve counterclockwise to its extreme position
4. Open the safety / drain valve by carefully turning its knob counterclockwise so that it finally locks in its outer position
5. Remove the bleed screw and open the lowest hot water tap in the piping.
